ExcluDoor
The ExcluDoor range of steel security doors are for use in situations requiring a high security level. The doors are certified to LPS 1175 Security Rating 3 and 4 and are also Government approved.

The doors can be used in situations such as:

	Primary sub stations
	Pumping stations
	MOD and home office installations
	Server rooms
	Microbiology labs and irradiation rooms
	Gun room doors and ammunition stores
	Telecommunications rooms and buildings
	Cash offices
	High value retail buildings

The doors are supplied with a wide range of locking systems some of which can be fitted with access control including:

	Surelock McGill single point Stirling
	Surelock McGill multi point Slimline
	Mico-Tindall multi point locking
	Assa mortice locks

The ExcluDoor has many security features such as:

	Recessed hinges
	Drill resistant front face
	Hardened steel dog bolts
	Hinge and lock strengthening
	Fully welded construction
	Tough anti lever cover plate

The ExecDoor Security Door Range
The ExecDoor is a range of rated single leaf steel security doors to be utilised in situations where an increased deterrence is required. The doors are certified to LPS 1175 Security Rating 2. Typical applications for the ExecDoor would include leisure facilities, schools, universities, housing association communal areas and general retail outlets.

Industrial Doors The Sunray range of Industrial Doors are robust and cost effective and can be used in the following situations:

	Sub-stations
	Plant Rooms
	Bin Stores
	Switch Rooms
	Cycle Stores

The doors can be fitted with the following standard locking but other locking can be accommodated:

	Panic Bar with Sunray 6000
	Three way lock with padlockable handle
	Mortise dead lock or sash lock
	Multi point lock

These doors can be fitted by our installation service and can be powder coated to one of our standard colour range. For sub stations we can also supply steel or GRP trench covers or grating. Brochures and fitting instructions are available.

Fire Doors
Our two certified fire doors are:

Fire doors can be supplied with 2 hour, 4 hour or 6 hour fire rating. They are rugged and can be used in the following situations:

	Sub stations
	Plant rooms
	Communal Doors
	Personnel Doors

The doors can be supplied with a variety of locking options:

	Panic Bar with or without Sunray 6000
	Sash lock or Dead Lock
	Multi point lock

These doors can be fitted by our installation service and can be powder coated to one of our standard colour range. Our Firelock has been used for many years in substations. Brochures and fitting instructions are available

Louvre Systems

Our Steel Louvres can be supplied as our unique modular stackable system or as fully welded and framed louvres.

The Stackable architectural louvres can be supplied blanked as cladding or with vermin mesh where ventilation is of high importance.

Some louvres can be supplied galvanised. All of our louvres can be powder coated to one of our standard colour range. Brochures and fitting instructions are available.

Saver Door Our saver door is a cost effective and aesthetic pleasing door which comes with a variety of locking options including:

	Panic Bars
	Sash Lock
	Dead Lock
	Multipoint

The doors can be rated to 2 hour, 4 hour or 6 hours. (single door only for 6 hours).

The door is lightweight but robust and comes in a variety of finishes and styles

	Tongue and grooved
	Georgian panel
	Glazed
	Louvred

The doors can be delivered nationwide and can be fitted by our own fitting team (subject to availability). The SaverDoor can be powder coated to one of our standard colour range. Brochures and fitting instructions are available.

Installation Service
Sunray’s installation service is accredited to LPS 1271. Our installation team are factory trained and fully qualified. We can offer a site surveying service. A leaflet about our installation service is available.
