Frame
100 x 50mm rectangular hollow section to head and jambs with 100 x 10mm flat threshold all welded construction, (alternative frame components available).
Hinge parts welded to frame/door leaf.50 x 50 x 6mm .at steel lugs with 14mm diameter hole (for M10 sleeve anchors) welded to each jamb for fixing.

Leaf
Louvre blades welded into a 50 x 40 x 5mm steel angle section framing. Louvre blades formed to profile shown. Standard blade thickness 2.5mm. Blade pitch 50mm.

Finish
Zinc phosphate primer as standard.

Standard Furniture
Two heavy duty lift off hinges per leaf. Padlockable handle (as illustrated).

The LouvreDoor is made to measure and does not come in a standard range of sizes.
