| David has played a key role in shaping business development for the Kent business community. Initially sitting on the Business Link Business Advisory Board, and now sitting on the Chamber's Economic Development Group, David ensures that the voice of local manufacturing is heard, and its needs satisfied. David Evans comments: “I am delighted and honored to have won this prestigious award. It is very special to be recognized in this way by the Chamber with such an accolade.”
This is just the latest in a series of awards for the business. Sunray won the Chamber “Business of the Year” in both 2008 and 2009 and went on to win the British Chambers of Commerce, “South East Business of the Year” and then came third in the national finals. The Awards were introduced by the Chamber in 2006 to celebrate business excellence and have become one of the most prestigious business awards in the county.
